In addition to property management, we provide engineering services during construction, renovations and repairs.

Given the serious responsibility for our services and the scale of assets and funds under our management, we have matched general liability insurance in the amount of CZK 2 million with a Czech insurance company and professional liability insurance with coverage up to CZK 5 million with Kooperativa Insurance.
